For Parents and Volunteers

RACE DAY
Race day means all-hands-on-deck for parents and volunteers. It is critical that parents, family, and friends volunteer during the season. Each race requires over 30-35 volunteers in addition to the volunteer race officials.
Race volunteers receive a lift ticket for race day plus a voucher good for another lift ticket anytime during the current ski season.
Thanks to Mt. Bachelor for their generous support of high school ski racing!
A typical race day schedule looks like this.
Please contact Matt Cutter, the OSSA Race
Director, if you have any questions.

GATE JUDGING TRAINING CLINICS
Gate Judge training clinics are conducted every race season. Watch for announcements with the latest information.

FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS
All race volunteers are required to review and submit a signed wavier every year.
The current volunteer wavier form can be downloaded here.  Please scan and e-mail the signed waiver to Matt Cutter, OSSA Race Director or bring the signed waiver to the check-in desk at race headquarters on race day.

OSSA CHAMPIONSHIP BANQUET EVENT PLANNING
We're also looking for volunteers to join the planning committee for the OSSA championship banquet.  Please contact your coach if you can help.
